Talent Acquisition Consultant - Interim Opportunity Location: Hull / HybridDuration: Initial 1-month contractWorking pattern: 2 - 3 days per week in the Hull office, remainder hybridHours: 37.5 Hours a Week Elevation HR are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a busy recruitment function on a interim basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of vacancies and provide immediate support to a team going through a period of change. The Role You''ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver against a varied workload across the UK and Europe. You''ll support with existing vacancies, new roles as they arise and help drive roles that have been open longer than expected through to successful appointment. The role will include recruitment across Europe and the UK, with exposure to a broad range of positions including blue and white collar. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing through to offer Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver against vacancies Source and identify suitable candidates through multiple channels Review applications and CVs and provide a strong candidate shortlist Manage candidate communication and feedback throughout the process Support with new vacancies as they arise Proactively progress roles that have been open longer than ..... full job details .....
