My client is a quality-focused supported living organisation looking for an experienced manager from a complex care background (LD, MH, autism support etc) to provide interim management support in the Blackburn area.-

This is a modern, purpose built complex of apartments for adults with complex needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, MH.

You will be experienced, and able to hit the ground running. As someone passionate about making a difference and ensuring care is first-rate and person centred, you will be happy to work with the regional manager and senior team to provide inspirational leadership, identify areas for improvement and ensure that the services are operating effectively and with excellent standards of care.-

Initially offered on a 3 month contract, with an immediate start available.-
