Interim Strategic Asset Manager

A council in the North are looking for someone to do an asset review.

The role will be to contribute to the asset management plan for the council''s operational estate.

Taking a look at the buildings, what is the council occupying? Is what they hold cost-effective? Should they sell?

-500 - -550 a day.

This has become more urgent due to the devolution plans.

6 Month contract.

Early August start.
