This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced asset management professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the immediate future of a substantial residential property portfolio. Your new role As Strategic Asset Investment Manager you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining long-term capital investment programmes, using asset intelligence, stock condition data, compliance information and financial planning assumptions to drive strategic decision-making, as well as managing a small team for the period of your interim assignment. Your duties will include: Leading strategic asset investment planning and capital programme development.
