The role focuses on reconciliation, accurate valuation, and core accounting of inventory.This assignment offers a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the country''s most recognisable brands, while playing an instrumental role in a significant business change and growth project.Key responsibilities of Interim Stock Financial AccountantReconcile stock movements from source/supplier to warehouse receiptReview, check and post journals relating to inventoryEnsure accurate accounting for stock entering the businessMaintain and validate stock valuationsSupport standard month-end accounting processes relating to inventoryWork closely with supply chain and warehouse teamsRequired experienceProven experience in stock/inventory accountingStrong core accounting fundamentalsDebits and creditsBalance sheet reconciliationsJournal postingSolid accounting backgroundAdvanced Excel skillsIdeal profileDetail-oriented finance professionalExperience working with warehouse or supply chain environmentsComfortable in a fully on-site, operational settingPlease note:The role does not start until ..... full job details .....
