This role will focus on transforming site performance, driving operational excellence and increasing production capacity to deliver a high-performing, efficient operation.Key Responsibilities Lead the turnaround of a low-capacity manufacturing site, driving performance to full operational capability.Take full accountability for site performance, including operational, financial and people metrics.Develop and deliver a clear turnaround strategy focused on productivity, efficiency and profitability.Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation across all manufacturing operations.Own and manage the site s PandL, identifying opportunities to improve margins and reduce costs.Build a high-performance culture through strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.Ensure operational excellence across production, quality, health and safety and delivery.Identify and implement sustainable efficiencies that support long-term growth.Provide strategic leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to site operations.
