Key Responsibilities Lead the turnaround of a low-capacity manufacturing site, driving performance to full operational capability. Take full accountability for site performance, including operational, financial and people metrics. Develop and deliver a clear turnaround strategy focused on productivity, efficiency and profitability. Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation across all manufacturing operations.
