The site has a strong focus on maintaining and improving safety performance, compliance and site leadership. There is also ongoing development of the SHE function and continued investment in site capability. The site is a key manufacturing operation within a high-investment production environment. You will lead SHE across manufacturing, production, warehousing and logistics, working closely with the Factory Manager and wider leadership team. A key focus will be supporting the continued development of the site’s SHE culture. Requirements: • NEBOSH Diploma (essential) • Strong background in FMCG or manufacturing (engineering, logistics, warehousing also considered) • Proven site leadership experience in a high-risk environment • Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems • Strong knowledge of SHE compliance, risk management and incident prevention • Ability to lead and influence at all...
