Interim Service Operations Director - Milton Keyes/Basingstoke Our client, a Managed Service Provider delivering enterprise Cloud and Managed Services to global customers, are seeking an Interim Service Operations Director. Reporting directly to their CEO, the immediate priority is to restore confidence with one of their largest strategic enterprise customers, while strengthening operational execution across the wider business.You will need to be a hands-on operational turnaround leader who has successfully recovered strategic enterprise customer relationships, led large-scale managed service operations within an MSP or IT outsourcing organisation, and driven accountability across multiple technical and customer-facing functions.The successful candidate will have the credibility to engage confidently with executive customer stakeholders, challenge and support our own Executive Leadership Team, remove organisational barriers and embed a more mature operating model that leaves a lasting Legacy.Outside IR35/6 monthsHybrid Working - Milton ..... full job details .....
