Interim Service Manager (Service Mobilisation)

Major service mobilisation project requiring interim Service Mobilisation Manager/Service Manager, Supported Living Manager. Learning Disabilities. Adult services. Southampton, Hampshire. My client is a leading care provider with a national presence, with high quality services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs. They have a large number of services, both supported living, residential and community outreach. Due to a major new contract, they require interim management support for the service mobilisation of a new, large supported living service for adults with learning disabilities in Southampton. You will have excellent knowledge and experience as a Service Manager (or Regional Manager/Quality Manager within the same sort of environment), and be able to quickly integrate yourself into the organisation in order to support with the project. You will be reviewing and writing support plans, and be an integral part of the management team overseeing the transfer of the services during a crucial period of time.
