This is a temporary position paying 800 per day. What you will be doing: Providing strategic leadership across economic development, regeneration, property and strategic asset management. Leading and maintaining momentum across a portfolio of major regeneration and investment programmes. Strengthening the organisation''s approach to property and strategic asset management, including supporting the development of its Strategic Asset Management Plan. Driving economic growth, inward investment and business development, working closely with key regional and external partners. Providing senior leadership during a period of transition, working closely with Members, senior officers and key stakeholders.
