This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with financial data, reconciliations and service charges, and who is confident investigating discrepancies, identifying solutions and seeing work through to completion. The Role You''ll be responsible for reviewing and reconciling service charge accounts, ensuring costs are accurately allocated and balancing charges are correctly identified and recovered. Key responsibilities include:  Reviewing and reconciling service charge accounts. Analysing and reapportioning costs in line with leases. Identifying and correcting misallocations and accounting issues. Investigating variances and carrying out detailed financial reconciliations.
