The role Effective leadership of the NPD team, with end-to-end remit, spanning Concept to Launch. Manage food safety and product quality systems, to further increase customer confidence, ensuring due diligence and legal compliance. To give clear accountability and expectations of timescales for project completions, enabling the wider team to effectively prioritise projects to ensure good outcomes from a customer and internal business perspective.
