Interim Senior Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading international manufacturing business in Manchester. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and internationally, you will provide commercially focused advice on complex contracts, strategic projects and business-critical initiatives. Key responsibilities of a Interim Senior Legal Counsel: Reviewing, drafting and negotiating high-value, complex commercial contracts with customers, sales intermediaries, and other key business partners Acting as a key contact for senior stakeholders in a range of business units and corporate support departments to help influence and implement business strategy and direction Supporting operational and commercial functions with day-to-day legal queries and issues Support the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, Group Legal Director and other senior lawyers as required, both in the UK and internationally where possible Provide practical solutions to complex legal problems as the Interim Senior Legal Counsel Supporting/ leading on MandA projects within the business where possible Supporting projects that underpin the business''s key objectives across multiple disciplines Essential Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate would have 8+ years PQE Excellent technical knowledge of commercial law and drafting skills A deep understanding of the challenges of a fast-moving, revenue generating business Strong communication and ..... full job details .....
