There is also the potential for the role to develop into a permanent opportunity, subject to the future structure of the UK HR team. This is a genuinely hands-on operational HR role within a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will spend four days per week on site in Nottingham, with one day working from home, alongside approximately one visit per month to a smaller operation in Knaresborough. You''ll provide practical, visible HR support to managers and employees, taking ownership of a broad remit covering employee relations, organisational change, HR operations and payroll coordination. Key responsibilities will include: Managing ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability Advising and coaching operational managers through formal people processes Supporting organisational and workforce change and employee consultation Preparing employee communications, consultation documentation and contractual paperwork Managing employee lifecycle activity including starters, leavers and contractual changes Maintaining accurate HR records and employee documentation Coordinating payroll inputs ..... full job details .....
