Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders in line with public sector policies and procedures.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to HR project work as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance standards.
- Proven experience handling a wide range of employee relations cases independently.
- Strong working knowledge of public sector HR practices and frameworks.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
