Pay rate:

£625- £705 per day via umbrella (dependant on experience)

A great opportunity to join a collaborative team, reporting directly into the Head of Statutory Compliance and Governance Reporting. Someone with excellent Governance and Secretarial experience within a regulated environment would be perfect for this role!

The Role:

Support statutory and executive committees, ensuring effective governance processes are in place.

Provide guidance on governance standards, compliance, and best practice.

Draft and review governance documentation, reports, and policies.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Monitor, identify, and address governance risks.

Prior Experience

At least 5 years working in a company secretarial or governance department within a listed/regulated organisation

Knowledge of the Companies Act, Listing Rules, Prospectus, Disclosure Transparency Rules and UK Corporate Governance Code is a must

2 years or comparable prior experience dealing with Directors/Senior Executives is desirable

Ideal for someone with immediately available or on a short notice period of no more than 2 weeks.
