This innovative organisation is experiencing a period of growth and requires temporary support to assist with a backlog of invoices and ensure supplier payments are processed efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for a high volume of supplier invoicesProcessing and coding invoices accurately within NetSuiteMatching purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notesInvestigating and resolving supplier queries and invoice discrepanciesMonitoring supplier statements and reconciling accountsPreparing and processing weekly payment runsSupporting month-end activities, including accruals and reportingAssisting with process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal controlsLiaising with procurement, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues promptlyAbout YouPrevious experience in a Senior Accounts Payable or Accounts Payable Supervisor positionStrong working knowledge of NetSuite is essentialComfortable managing large invoice volumes in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and hit the ground runningStrong communication skills when dealing with ..... full job details .....
