This high-impact role requires a finance specialist to take full ownership of the financial reporting, act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, and improve process efficiencies through AI and automation. What you''ll be doing: Own the Month-End: balance sheet reconciliations, and deliver sharp management packs with executive-level commentary. Pioneer AI and Automation: you will leverage ERP functionality, AI, and automation to eliminate manual intervention and accelerate reporting. Commercial Business Partnering: Act as the strategic finance partner across departments to build annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans. Tax and FCA Compliance: Oversee VAT, and cross-border transfer pricing while supporting regulatory capital monitoring and quarterly FCA filings. Audit and Controls: Maintain airtight internal controls and provide critical, seamless support for the interim audit. Your Skills and Experience ACA qualified 4+ years of post-qualification experience, including time spent in an industry role.
