The successful candidate will be confident providing leadershp and guidance to teachinig staff around inclusive practise, as there is a small line management responsibiility of Learning Support Assistants. There would be a small amount of teaching time included in this such as covering as a teacher or team teaching with learning support assistants to develop provision.  A QTS is essential for this role and a NASENCo/ NPQSEN qualification is desirable.
