Interim School HR ConsultantDuration: Immediately for 3 monthsRate: Day Rate (outside of IR35)Commitment: 3 days per weekLocation: On-site across multiple school locations in the South East of England About the Opportunity Panoramic Associates is supporting a highly regarded and growing education organisation seeking an experienced Interim HR Consultant to provide senior HR leadership during a period of temporary capacity gap within the People function.This is a hands-on interim assignment requiring an experienced HR professional who combines strategic leadership with operational delivery. Working closely with senior leaders, Headteachers and HR colleagues, you will provide stability, expert guidance and leadership across a diverse educational setting comprising primary and secondary schools.The organisation has a strong reputation for excellence, collaboration and employee development, making this an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a values-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Provide senior HR leadership and professional advice across the organisation. Support, mentor and develop HR team members. Advise senior leaders and school leadership teams on a broad range of employment matters. Lead and support complex employee relations cases.
