This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance and operations professional to step into a busy school environment and hit the ground running.Initially offered as an 8-week assignment, there is strong potential for this role to extend until Christmas or develop into a permanent position for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the day-to-day financial management of the school, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.Managing school finances in line with statutory requirements and best practice.Supporting the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with strategic financial planning.Overseeing HR, premises, health and safety, and administrative functions.Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.Line managing support staff and contributing to the smooth running of the school.Essential RequirementsProven experience in a finance or business management role.Strong knowledge of financial systems and budget management.Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.Ability to start immediately and commit to the ..... full job details .....
