Interim SandOP Consultant

An exciting opportunity for an experienced SandOP professional to design, implement and embed a robust planning process within a growing business. This is a hands-on transformation role, partnering closely with Sales and Operations to create a sustainable process that improves forecasting, visibility and decision-making. Having grown successfully to date, there is now a strong focus on developing more sophisticated processes, reporting and ways of working to support the next stage of growth. Description The Interim SandOP Consultant will take ownership of reviewing the current planning environment before designing and implementing a fit-for-purpose Demand Planning and SandOP process. Responsibilities will include: Assessing the existing Demand Planning, forecasting and SandOP processes. Designing and implementing a structured SandOP framework from the ground up. Taking ownership of the demand planning process and improving forecast accuracy and visibility. Partnering closely with Sales to develop more robust customer and demand forecasts.
