The roleOversight of the management of tenants including sourcing suitable tenants and ensuring referencing and right to rent checks are completed.Ensuring a smooth handover of property to new tenants. Ensuring a smooth end of tenancy process.Property inspections in Oxfordshire and GloucestershireDealing with FBTs, Leases, AST''s, Cropping Licenses and Grazing licenses and other 3rd party arrangements (Landlord and Tenant matters).Planning applications for development and estate mattersAssisting in development and delivery the leisure offerings across the estateOverseeing smaller development projects, reporting into the Renovation and Development MangerEstate Management - General Estate management matters under the direction of the Head of PropertyAssisting with the implementation of Woodland Management Plans.About youQualification requirements - MRICS / FAAV / AssocRICS2 - 3 years in a similar positionDemonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safetyComputer literate in all MS office programs particularly MS ExcelAbility to deal ..... full job details .....
