This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business during an important period, providing leadership and expert guidance across risk, regulatory compliance and financial crime frameworks.Your new roleAs Interim Risk and Compliance Manager, you will support the Head of Risk and Compliance in leading the risk and compliance function, ensuring the organisation maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance and professional conduct.Key responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising the Risk and Compliance team on a day-to-day basis, providing guidance, mentoring and support. Advising on regulatory compliance matters, including conflicts, confidentiality, due diligence and professional conduct. Managing client and matter onboarding processes, including AML, sanctions screening and conflict checking. Overseeing and enhancing compliance workflows and systems, including Intapp. Acting as a senior point of contact for risk and compliance queries across the business. Supporting financial crime compliance initiatives and wider regulatory requirements. Assisting with internal audits, external audits and regulatory reviews.
