Key responsibilities will include:Supporting executive remuneration activities, including benchmarking, annual salary reviews, incentive outcomes, and Remuneration Committee reporting.Administering employee share plans and executive equity programmes, managing grant cycles, vesting events, communications, and reporting requirements.Coordinating global mobility activities, including international assignments, relocations, and cross-border working arrangements.Producing reward analytics, reporting, and insights to support business decision-making.Supporting annual reward cycles and wider reward projects.Ensuring strong ..... full job details .....
