The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.   Client Details   Higher Education Organisation  Based in London - hybrid working   Description   An Interim Reward Manager to:   Provide reward leadership expertise to support the executive team  Chair Remco meetings  Partner with Exco to ensure critical reward activities are delivered  Provide salary benchmarking and market analysis on executive remuneration  Lead on pay and grading frameworks, job evaluation and pay gap analysis  Support with reward strategy development  Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships    Profile   An Interim Reward Manager with:   Public sector or not for profit experience desirable  Experience leading executive reward activity  Able to start at short notice    Job Offer   Interim Reward Manager  London based with hybrid working  Ideally (Apply online only) per day but open to discussion</description>
