Interim Reporting Manager

Morgan McKinley are supporting a PE-backed business during a critical phase of growth and reporting enhancement and are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager for an immediate start temp-to-perm role. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position suited to someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of core financial reporting and controls, and operate confidently in a PE-led, banking-exposed environment. This role is paying 65,000 - 70,000 DOE, initially on a 6-month temporary basis with strong potential to convert to permanent with hybrid working available. ResponsibilitiesDeliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to senior management, lenders and investorsOwn banking and covenant reporting, including lender and investor requestsSupport PE reporting, including board packs and investor updatesProduce weekly and monthly management reporting (PandL, balance sheet and cash flow)Own rolling weekly cash flow forecasting and longer-term forecastsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesMaintain and improve financial controls and reporting documentationWork closely with FPandA and senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insightMaintain reporting systems, with NetSuite as the core ERPDeliver ad-hoc analysis in a changing, high-growth environment What We''re Looking ForFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Proven experience in Financial Reporting, Group Reporting or Technical AccountingStrong banking exposure, including covenant ..... full job details .....
