-350 per day (Inside IR35)

A Surrey-based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Interim Damp Surveyor to support their repairs team. You''ll join a small, growing team focused on improving damp and mould response and overall property standards.

The Role

• Carry out inspections for damp, mould, and building defects
• Diagnose issues and produce reports and remedial specifications
• Manage contractors to ensure quality, cost, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with housing standards and H&S regulations
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently

About You

• Experience in damp & mould surveying within social housing/local authority
• Strong knowledge of building pathology and property maintenance
• Confident managing a mobile, site-based workload
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
