Interim Repairs & Maintenance Manager

One of my Local Authority clients in Hampshire are currently on the lookout for an Interim Repairs and Maintenance Manager position.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

• Writing accurate reports on repair claims.
• Creating a strategy and schedule for contractors.
• Work with the PPM Budget
• Organizing a budget for the maintenance team.
• Visiting planned site visits and emergency, performing Damp, Voids, and Stock Condition Surveys (all responsive and planned works)
• Overseeing projects from beginning to completion whilst dealing with contractors.
• Procure new contractors

What you will need:

• Managerial experience in the public sector.
• MCIOB qualified.
• To be located a maximum of an hour away (2-3 days in the office/site rest of the week remote)
