Robertson Bell is recruiting a Rent and Service Charge Operations Manager to join a major Social Housing organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The immediate priority will be leading the organisation''s annual rent-review process, coordinating the data, calculations, controls and stakeholders required to ensure rents are accurately reviewed and implemented. Key responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating annual and in-year rent reviews. Ensuring rents are calculated and implemented in line with the Rent Standard and relevant legislation.
