Robertson Bell is recruiting an Interim Rent and Income Manager to join a London-based Social Housing organisation for an initial 3-6 month contract. The immediate priority will be taking ownership of the organisation''s annual rent-setting exercise, ensuring rents are calculated accurately, compliantly and implemented correctly across relevant tenures. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the end-to-end rent-setting process. Calculating and validating formula rents, rent caps and annual increases. Ensuring compliance with the Rent Standard and relevant legislation and regulation. Reviewing rent and property data, identifying anomalies and resolving discrepancies. Undertaking reconciliations, testing and quality assurance. Strengthening rent-setting processes, controls and data quality. Providing technical advice to Finance, Housing and other stakeholders.
