Can you provide short-term leadership whilst covering a critical gap in a busy Income team?My client is seeking an Interim Rent Accounting Manager for an initial 6-8 week assignment. This is a hands-on role focused on rent setting, rent policy and providing leadership to a small Income team during a period of absence.Key responsibilities include:Leading on rent setting and rent policy mattersAdvising on complex rent scenarios, including supported housing and new developmentsManaging bad debt provisions and former tenant arrearsSupporting escalated resident rent queriesProviding day-to-day leadership across the Income teamThis is a genuine specialist role.
