Interim Registered Service Manager

Mental Health Residential Service Permanent East London Salary: 45,000 FTE We are partnering with a respected provider of mental health housing and support services to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a CQC-regulated residential service in East London on an interim 3-month basis with possibility of extension. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated and established team delivering high-quality, recovery-focused support to adults living with mental health needs. The service is committed to helping residents build independence, achieve personal goals, and live fulfilling lives within their communities. As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping service quality, developing staff, strengthening best practice, and ensuring residents receive safe, effective, person-centred care. You must be available to start immediately. The Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and performance of a CQC-regulated mental health residential service.
