Interim Registered Manager - Children''s Residential Home

Are you a confident and experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a newly refurbished children''s home?We''re looking for an interim Registered Manager to take charge of a residential home supporting looked-after children aged 8-18 with emotional and social needs. Your leadership will be key in guiding the home through Ofsted re-registration and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment. Currently has 2 young people in residence.Key DetailsLocation: Lindley, HD3Contract: 3 months at least with a view of going temp to perm! Rate: £27- £38 an hour + 7% enhancement for flexibilityStart Date: ASAP Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call dutiesYour RoleLead the home through Ofsted re-registrationManage staff and ensure high standards of careOversee admissions and safe matching of young peopleMaintain compliance with Children''s Home RegulationsSupport young people with emotional regulation and complex needsWhat You''ll NeedWillingness to be Ofsted registeredAt least 2 years'' management experience in the last 5 yearsExperience in mainstream, EBD, secure residential settings or children with disabilities.
