JOB DETAILS PAY RATE: £30- £33 per hour WORK TYPE: Temporary WORK PATTERN: Full Time LOCATION: Birmingham JOB SUMMARY As an Interim Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer (Senior Practitioner), you will play a key role in evaluating and improving practice across Birmingham. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and partners to ensure that children and families receive the highest quality of support and care. You will be responsible for conducting practice evaluations, audits, and thematic reviews, providing professional feedback, and helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the Trust.JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: Undertake practice evaluations and audits to assess the quality and impact of social work practice for children and families. Identify and support continual practice and performance improvement across service areas. Provide specialist QA advice, guidance, and feedback to practitioners and leaders to improve outcomes. Collate, analyse, and report findings to inform leadership decision-making. Work collaboratively with the Learning Academy and Practice Hub to embed learning and drive improvement.
