Interim Quality and Compliance Manager (FTC) Cotswolds Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)Are you an experienced Quality and Compliance professional with a strong background in apprenticeships, funding compliance, and Ofsted readiness?We are seeking an Interim Quality and Compliance Manager to join a growing apprenticeship and training provider based in the Cotswolds. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role, driving quality improvement, ensuring compliance excellence, and supporting inspection readiness across apprenticeship provision. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate Ofsted readiness activities across apprenticeship provision.Support the organisation through Ofsted inspections and quality reviews.Conduct quality assurance audits, reviews, and sampling activities.Develop and monitor Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).Carry out funding compliance audits in line with ESFA funding rules.Analyse quality and performance data to identify risks and drive improvement.Support the development of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs).Provide coaching, support, and challenge to operational teams and managers.
