What You Will Do: - Lead end-to-end Quality, Food Safety, and Technical governance across GBandI, ensuring strong compliance with relevant standards and best practice.- Own QEHS management systems and certification readiness (including ISO-style governance, FSSC/AIB-aligned expectations) with a clear audit-ready mindset.- Deploy Protect the Castle initiatives, including food defence, vulnerability assessments, fraud prevention, and secure product integrity practices.- Guarantee robust traceability from raw materials through to finished goods, enabling rapid response to quality and safety issues.- Lead incident management, including escalation, root cause analysis, containment, CAPA, and continuous improvement delivery.- Drive the Zero Harm programme through visible leadership, coaching, and behaviour-based safety adoption with site teams and co-packers.
