Interim Property Manager

BTG Eddisons is seeking a capable and commercially minded Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established, national consultancy, supporting the delivery of high-quality management services across a varied commercial and mixed-use portfolio. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring assets are managed efficiently and in line with best practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional and responsive property management service to a portfolio of clients Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets, ensuring accuracy and transparency Oversee the day-to-day management of communal areas within managed properties Monitor service charge expenditure and income, maintaining robust financial records Act as a key point of contact for leaseholder and client enquiries Procure and manage contractors, undertake regular site inspections, and prepare scopes/schedules of works Support the onboarding of new instructions, including meeting prospective clients Work collaboratively with agency and lettings teams to support wider business objectives Manage insurance renewals, claims, and major works projects in line with client requirements About You Proven experience within commercial or residential property management Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple instructions Confident negotiator with a ..... full job details .....
