Our client, a prominent local authority, is seeking an experienced Interim Property Asset Project Manager to facilitate the transition of a multi-tenanted commercial development focused on Leisure and Food & Beverage. This engaging opportunity is set to commence immediately and will last until the successful completion of the project.
As the Interim Property Asset Project Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the transition from completion of Landlord''s works through to the Tenant fit-out periods, ultimately ensuring a smooth handover into Business as Usual (BAU) as a multi-let property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Insight: Utilise your deep understanding of Landlord & Tenant matters in a multi-let property to navigate the complexities involved in the transition.
- Documentation Mastery: Quickly assimilate Agreements for Lease and Leases, identifying key obligations and complexities to effectively manage the project.
- Unit Transfer Coordination: Oversee the transfer of each shell unit to the relevant Tenant, ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient.
- Tenant Engagement: Collaborate with Tenants during their fit-out periods, ensuring health and safety compliance and facilitating on-site interactions between Tenants and their contractors for a safe and effective operation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with managing agents, stakeholders, Council departments, and external agencies to prepare for and ensure a seamless transition into a vibrant operational leisure and F&B development.
- Handover Management: Coordinate the transition and handover of the property to managing agents for ongoing management, making sure all details are meticulously addressed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in managing commercial Landlord & Tenant matters within a multi-let environment.
- Strong ability to quickly understand legal agreements and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently
- A proactive approach to ensuring compliance and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
