This is a varied, site-based role with a strong focus on heritage building works, including roofing, windows, gutters, and wider restoration projects.You''ll take ownership of projects from procurement through to delivery, managing NEC4 contracts, overseeing contractors on-site, and coordinating logistics across a complex estate.
