Based in London, the Interim Project Manager will support the global trade key focus areas of compliance, operations and optimisation whilst supporting internal partners. Key responsibilities will include:Project initiation and planning (set the project up for success)Conduct fit-gap, cost-benefit, and options analysis.Build business cases to support executive decision-makingClarify project scope and objectives, document project charters and execution plans, defining scope, timelines, milestones, resourcing, stakeholders, risks and costs.Project delivery (support our clients teams and internal partners)Facilitate cross-functional project delivery and accountabilityIdentify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptionsMaintain stakeholder alignment and engagementProject governance and reporting (manage the project responsibly)Track and report progress against milestones, KPIs, and metricsEscalate and manage changes to scope, timeline, resourcing, or budgetProfileThe successful Interim Project Manager (Trade Compliance) should be able to commute to our clients London offices 3-4 days per week and demonstrate the ..... full job details .....
