Client Details A transport organisation operating in the Rail Industry. Description The interim Project Manager is an exciting role with potential for permanency. The key elements of the role are: Establish a project plan to review various structures including line, embankments and bridges along a railway line, working with external organisations to implement improvement plans. Creation of a full monitoring and maintenance plan including actions, that will guide the organisation on likely future costs and service interruptions (if relevant) over the next 5 to 10 years. Work with the broader engineering teams to implement the necessary processes to ensure safe and productive working and appropriate reporting. Perform a review of process and performance and create a fit-for-purpose organisation structure and training needs analysis to enable to organisation to work effectively.
