Headline ResponsibilitiesThis role is to support a key project to deliver change and improvements within their operational services delivery. This is not an operational role - it requires someone who can quickly understand an operational environment, bring structure to complex or longstanding issues, constructively challenge managers and supervisors, and ensure that actions move from discussion to delivery.
