Interim Product Owner Process Lead Wigston, Leicestershire - Hybrid, 3 days per week on site 500- 600 per day Outside IR35 3-6 Month Contract Full Time Immediate StartExcellent opportunity for an experienced Product Operations Lead, Lead Business Analyst or Product Owner with strong process improvement experience to take on an influential contract assignment, improving how ideas become delivery-ready work across an established technology function.This company are looking for an interim specialist to introduce greater consistency, clearer decision-making and practical ways of working across their Product Owner team.In this role, you will work alongside three Product Owners to map the current process, identify bottlenecks and establish a consistent approach to intake, discovery, refinement and backlog readiness. Working closely with the IT Director and supported by the IT PMO, you will introduce standards, templates and governance that improve delivery flow while keeping processes straightforward.The ideal candidate will have previously designed and embedded practical processes across multiple product or delivery teams.
