Description Key responsibilities include: Lead the design and implementation of a contract management framework from scratch Introduce structured approaches such as contract segmentation (Gold / Silver / Bronze) and ensure appropriate management strategies are applied Drive the adoption of category management principles, embedding them across stakeholders Develop and roll out templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks Deliver training and upskilling programmes across procurement and the wider business Support and attend key supplier meetings, improving governance, performance, and commercial outcomes Lead cultural and behavioural change, clearly articulating "what good looks like" and why it matters Work closely with commissioners and procurement teams to align transformation with BAU ...
