We are seeking an Interim Procurement Consultant to support procurement activities within the Water/ Utilities sector. This temporary role, based in Peterborough, requires expertise in procurement processes and strategy management.

This is an opportunity to work with a well-established organisation in the Water/ Utilities sector. They are rapidly growing and looking for further support within their team. This role will be paying up to -450 per day inside IR35 with 2 days per week from Peterborough.
Description
As Interim Procurement Consultant, you will be reporting into the Head of procurement. Duties will include, however not limited to:
- Manage procurement activities to support ongoing property projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage a number of internal stakeholders.
- Holding regular workshops with stakeholders to drive strategies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
- Provide updates and reports on procurement progress to stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Consultant should have:
- Proven experience in procurement within the property sector.
- Experience working within the Water or Utilities sector.
- A strong understanding of procurement policies and practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
