This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead operational people services within a fast-paced, customer-focused housing organisation.Reporting to the Head of People, you will provide hands-on leadership across people operations and resourcing, working closely with People Business Partners, Advisors and specialist teams during a critical delivery phase.The RoleThis role is central to delivering a high-quality, compliant and forward-thinking people service, ensuring consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organisation.
