People Coordinator - 3-Month FTC Salary: 27,000 Location: Brasted (2 days per week) Hours: 37 hours per weekWe''re looking for an organised and proactive People Coordinator to join a busy People team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration or coordination experience who enjoys employee lifecycle processes and providing first-line HR support. There is potential for the role to be extended, although this can''t be guaranteed.You''ll support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, payroll changes, HR systems, and first-line advice on policies and Stage 1 sickness processes.
