Interim People Adviser

I am urgently seeking an experienced Interim People Advisor for a further education organisation based in South-West London for a period of 6 months. The role will pay a salary in the range of 38,703 to 40,194 per year depending upon experience. This is a full-time role which will be based on-site 5 days per potentially with some flexibility later for 1 day working remote. Reporting to a people partner, your role will involve:-Supporting the People Partner on a number of areas but with a focus on Employee RelationsProvide guidance on People matters including performance management, absence management, and employee relationsAssist in resolving staff queries and concerns, working with managers to ensure fair and consistent HR practicesSupport the Assistant Director in managing employee relations cases, ensuring issues are handled in line with their standardsServe as the first point of contact for People-related queries from staff, offering advice in line with employment law and HR best practicesAssist in identifying training needs and support in coordinating learning and development activities for staffEssential knowledge, skills and experience include: -At least 2 years'' experience in a human resources or employee relations role at a similar levelExperience in managing large volumes of employee relations casesStrong understanding of HR practices, including employee relations, discipline and grievance, performance management, and absence managementExcellent written and ..... full job details .....
